We are currently looking for competent staff to work in the rail industry in London.
Suitable candidate will help give customer good experience while using the trains from start to the end of their Journeys. It will involve dealing with the wider public and making sure that they have good experience.

Doing booking office paper works at the end of shift

Managing the station
Gateline and Crowd staff

Managing and troubleshooting the gates

Helping customers with their ticket should they have problem

Manage the flow of commuters in and out of the station

Performing checks at the station for security purposes

Providing information to Customers

Frequent announcement to customers with regards to the train services
